About
Tala is a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, certified Pilates instructor, and devoted mother of two. Since 2008, she has supported pre-teens, teens, and young adults through life’s most pivotal transitions, with a focus on anxiety, depression, identity, and family dynamics. Drawing from a foundation in Psychology from the University of San Diego and a Master’s in Marriage and Family Therapy from Alliant International University, her work blends clinical expertise with holistic, strength-based care.
Integrating cognitive behavioral techniques with mindfulness and a client-centered approach, she creates a grounded, compassionate space where individuals feel seen, supported, and empowered. Her practice offers practical tools for navigating relationships, building self-esteem, parenting through challenge, and coping with the lasting impact of modern stressors like social media and the pandemic.
